He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Semplice and Lena Semplice; and his siblings, Monica M. Egan, Rosario J. "Ross" Semplice and Carol Cooley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Jeffrey Semplice, Christina Semplice and Julie Surman (Jim); and his grandchildren, Alex and Kiera Surman. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:45 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
