He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lowell Dunlap and Lillian Hunnel Dunlap; and his brother Robert M. Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Richardson); his cousins, Richard Hunnell, Melanie Hunnell and Janet Shaulis; and his siblings-in-law, Douglas W. Richardson and Judith N. Richardson. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
