It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas J. Locher of Ross Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen (McGowan); his father Walter Locher; and his father-in-law Lawrence McGowan. He is survived by: his children, Garrett and Brooke Locher; his mother Mary Ann Locher (Linkesh); his siblings, Daniel (Kim), David (Andi) and Dean (Heather); his parent-in-law Vincene; his siblings-in-law, Deborah McGowan (Joseph), Kellie Kendall (William) and Erin Dierker (Kenneth); and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Devon, Keryn, Stefen, Hayden Locher, Austin, Morgan Kendall, Delany, Hadley Dierker, Sam and Scott Ranallo.
