Harry Martin Courtright Obituary

Harry Martin Courtright, 74, of Roseto, PA passed away Friday, August 25th, at St. Luke's Hospital - Monroe Campus, Stroudsburg, PA.

Harry was born in Dover, NJ on June 19, 1949, a son of the late Harry Edward and Alfaretta (Smith) Courtright.

He was employed as a laborer at Howmet Corp. in Dover, NJ, for 31 years until retiring in 2004. Harry attended Freeland High School. He enjoyed going to Flea Markets and getting Dunkin' Donuts Coffee.

Harry was of the Methodist faith.

Harry is survived by a son, David Courtright, husband of Tina, two daughters, Colleen Courtright, and Stacie Lane, wife of Jason, a sister, Barbara Nees, 7 grandchildren Ashley D. Courtright, Alexander Courtright, husband of Melissa, Justin Courtright, Caitlin Lang, and Jacob, Jasmine and Seth Lane, and 6 great-grandchildren Jayden, Karson, and Kamden Heller, Clara Mae and Bentley Courtright, and Zayden Lane. He was predeceased by two brothers Edward and William Courtright, and a sister Margaret Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 1st at noon at the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. "Village of Johnsonville" 4 Lillian Lane, Bangor, PA. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 AM to noon on Friday, September 1st at the funeral home. Burial services will be held at St. John's Cemetery in Bangor, PA.
