It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ray Cobb of Rosemont, Pennsylvania, born in Lansing, Kansas, who passed away on October 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Thomas D. Cobb; and her father Thomas Claude. She is survived by: her husband James L. Cobb; her child Colonel James D. Cobb (Clare); her grandchildren, James (Geraldine) and Ryan Cobb (Leela); her great grandchildren, Lilly, Hayden, Stella, Jack and Archy Cobb; and her mother Frances Alberta Dawson.
