With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler J. Smith of Roscoe, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Smith (Sharon) of Fredericktown, PA and Tina Lombardo (A. J.) of Mather, PA; his brother John Smith Jr. (Jessica); his nephew Carson of California, PA; his sisters, Charlie Lombardo of Mather, PA and Toni Lombardo of Mather, PA; his stepsister Shania Gullickson of Alexandria, MN; his grandmother Joyce Nopwaskey of Crucible, PA; his great-grandparent Stella Wegner of Suprise, AZ; his close friend Nick Harvey; and his grandparents, William Nopwaskey, Roger Smith and Josephine Smith.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Autism Society or the Beth Center High School Band.
