She was predeceased by: her father George Slavik; her brother George W. Slavik; her grandmother Hannah Michael; her children, Coeli Regina Savage and Johnny Savage; and her close friend Amy Koussonmbus.
She is survived by: her mother Joanne Slavik; her husband Joseph Savage; and her brothers, Joe Slavik (Lori) and Bob Slavik. She is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
