He is survived by: his parents, Michael E Collins Sr. and Lesa Collins (Witmyer); his brothers, Braden and Carter Collins; his grandparents, Stephanie, Dave May, Kathy and Mathew Collins; his aunts and uncles, Lorenzo Altobelli, Danita, Zachary Rohaley, Mathew Jr., Evonne and Eric Henderson; his cousins, Abby, Bella, Brody Rohaley, Zoe, Lorenzo Altobelli, Lenna and Ava Henderson; his close friends, Colin and Cole Tyhonas; and also, Heather and Jason Tyhonas.
