He was predeceased by: his son-in-law George Tim Legarsky; and his siblings, Alson Roy and Hazel Tippins. He is survived by: his parents, Alson Roy and Jean Bell Roy; his spouse Mary Moxine Morgan Roy; his son David Roy of Stroll Acres; his son-in-law Valerie Morris (Paul) of Carroll Twp; his grandson James; his nephew Larry Morgan; and his nieces, Connie Shaum, Janet Farquhar (Wayne) and Tammy Tippins. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
