It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Phillips of Rome, Pennsylvania, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jones and Elizabeth Jones; her son Alan; her grandson Christopher Serfass; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Mary Jones; her brother Edward L. Jones Jr. (Roy); and her sister-in-law Jean Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Phillips, Sr.; her children, Susan Serfass (Michael), Duane Phillips, Jr. (Jacki) and Kay Low (Michael); her grandchildren, Emalyn Setzer (Mike), Adam Phillips (Ashley), Erin Bright (Brett), Cameron Low and Katelyn Serfass (Paul Harkenrider); her great grandchildren, Owen, Kinlee, Jack Setzer, Chase Phillips and Lachlan Bright; and her brother Raymond Jones (Sharon). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
