He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Harold Parks Sr. and Weltha Bidlack Parks; and his brothers, Stanley Parks and Clarence "Joby" Parks. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; and his children, Mark (Candy Parks), Lisa (John Hutchinson) and Suzanne (Al Holbert). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rome Presbyterian Church (939 Main St, Rome, PA 18837). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
