She was predeceased by: her parents, John Platt and Lida Platt (Chamberlain); her husband Ellis "Pete" Chaffee; her son Keith; her son-in-law Michael Forys; and her parents-in-law, Levi and Helen Chaffee (Ross).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Forys and Brian; her daughter-in-law Loretta Chaffee; her grandchildren, Kelly Donahue (Matthew), Kim Legg (Todd), Kari Smith (Taylor), Brianna Morales (Ryan) and Alicia Mosier (Chad); and her great grandchildren, Weston, Zachary, Ava, Ayden, Alex, Rowan, Nora, Danae and Danica.
