It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lawrence Mitchell (Rogersville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Carl Mitchell and Ruth Mitchell (Keigley); and his sister Ruthann Goodwin (Raymond). He is survived by: his sister Joan Durbin (Roger) of Beulah; and his partner's children, Doug Mitchell (Trish) of Morgantown, WV and Jan Britton (Bill) of Washington, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers or other memorial items, the family requests that donations be made to the WVU Cancer Institute.
