He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Albert Crouse and Della Florence Phillips; his spouse Bonna Jo (Scott); his children, Paul Scott Crouse and Paula Jo Evick; his great grandchild Giovanna Vitolo; and his sister Mary Orndoff.
He is survived by: his children, J. Douglas Crouse of Rogersville, PA and Lisa Vitolo (Robert) of Rogersville, PA; his grandchildren, Ryan Crouse (Denese) of Rogersville, PA, Robb Crouse (Melissa) of Waynesburg, PA, Paul Vitolo (Anita) of Waynesburg, PA, Luke Vitolo (Charlotte) of Owings, MD, John Vitolo (Chandra) of Colorado Springs, CO, Scott Evick of Waynesburg, PA, Andrew Evick (Ashley) of Williamsport, PA and Jay Evick of Brooklyn, NY; his great grandchildren, Austin, Emma, Ty, Jaden, Logan Crouse, Georgia Bess, Harrison, Dulce, Vivian, Amelia Vitolo, Bryar Butler, Isaac and Ana Jo Evick; his sister Susie Stephenson of Waynesburg, PA; his sister-in-law Cel Scott of Uniontown, PA; his children-in-law, Bob Evick and Lana Taylor; and his friend Pete Walker.
