He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B. Jacobs and Georgia P. Tustin Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ruth Hughes Jacobs; his son Michael J. Jacobs of Clackamas, OR.; his grandchildren, Tyller of Carmichaels and Cimberlea of Carmichaels; his sister-in-law Janet Tucker; his nieces, Sherri Clark and Nicole Tucker; his nephew Christopher Clark; and his great-nephew Christian Clark.
