She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gayle and Ruth Ensminger (Hinerman); her husband Donald Elsworth Main; her daughter Kathryn Ruth Main; and her sister Joann Plants.
She is survived by: her children, Donald "Donnie" E. Main (Nancy) of Rogersville, PA, William "Bill" Main (Bobbi) of Rogersville, PA, Sheila Stover (Jeff) of Rogersville, PA and Sherry Wise (Larry) of Jollytown, PA; her grandchildren, Billie Jo Barnhart (Daniel) of Donald, Dillon Main, Shaun Main (Autumn Begley), Joni Beazell (Noah), Nicholas Wise (Amber), Joshua Wise, Morgan Stover and Linzee Stover; her stepgrandchildren, Ashleigh Brumley, Tommy Burkholder, Timmy Burkholder and Allie Burkholder; her great grandchildren, Brady Barnhart, Josie Barnhart, Emmaline Beazell, Elaina Beazell and Evynn Beazell; and her siblings, Earl G. "Bud" Ensminger (Beatrice), Geraldine Antill, Lois Tustin, Regina "Jeannie" Thompson (David) and Lonnie Ensminger (Sharon).
