It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Stanley of Rocky Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Stanley and Freda Mae Beers Scarem; and his siblings, Rose Ace, Mary Exley, Robert Lee Stanley Sr. and Thomas E. Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Dotterer; his stepchildren, Billy Ritchey (Chanda) of Nickelville, Amanda Stevenson (Clint) of Tompkinsville, KY and Michael Ritchey (Laura) of Knox; his grandchildren, C. J., Breanna, Haylee, Elista, Joslyn, Colten and Jeffrey; and his siblings, Pat Lawson (Raymond) of Ohio and Rita Beatty of Franklin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
