It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Felton of Rockwood, Pennsylvania, born in Milford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton R. Felton and Gladys Louise Felton (Swank); his brothers, James R. Felton and Clifford R. Felton; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Felton and Dean Shaulis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Felton (Bruck); his children, Kelly Jo Transue (Bruce) of Hunter, NY, Willliam Charles Felton, J. Lynn Helsel (Douglas) and Russell Jon Felton (Patricia) of Johnstown, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua Transue (Katharine) of Olympic Valley, CA, Jeremy Transue (Olivia) of Lake Placid, NY, Jon Cody Transue of Arlington, VA, Leiken Felton of D'Iberville, MS, Madison Felton of D'Iberville, MS, Major Dustin Helsel, Katelynn Shumaker (Lucas) of Johnstown, PA, Samantha Felton of Charlottesville, VA and Jakob Felton of Johnstown, PA; his great grandchildren, Leia Transue, Arwyn Transue, Hunter Transue, Steele Transue, Vaeda Rose Transue, Leif Shumaker and Penelope Shumaker; and his siblings, Shirley "Jean" Shaulis of Somerset, PA, Rudy Felton (Deborah), Judy Payne (Douglas) and Kevin Felton (Sharon) of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a lot of friends.
