She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Dixon and Velma Dixon (Larson); her husband Donald Earl Spangler; and her siblings, Larry, Harold, Blair Dixon, Fern Flick and Janet King.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Spangler of Rockwood, Berlin of Rockwood, Dawn Spangler-Leasock (Patrick Wood) of Rockwood and Jodi Revello of Rockwood; her grandchildren, Joscelin of Joseph, II and Jacob Revello of Rockwood; her sister Aletta Strasiser of Indiana, PA; and her sister-in-law Shirley Spangler of Rockwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
