He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kelly and Florence "Dolly" Kelly (Mitchell); and his brother Charles Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Jodie Kelly (Yoder); his daughters, Rebecca, Karen Ross (Kenneth Ross Jr.) and Ginny Kelly (Scott Trimpey); his grandchildren, Aliyah Ross, Autumn and Hunter Trimpey; his siblings, Carol Long (Ken) of Somerset, Fred Kelly (Ilene) of Shanksville, Sharon Engleka (Nate) of Garrett, Steve Kelly (Deanna) of Garrett, Barry Kelly (Roberta) of Holsopple and Mark Kelly (Sue) of Rodckwood; his friends, Ed Decker and Frank Lee; his son-in-law Ken Ross Jr.; his grandson Ethan Ross; and his close friend Carol Fogle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
