She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur H. Swarner and Julia A. Swarner (Benford); her husband Walter Baker Snyder; her sisters, Lois Jean Shaffer and Wanda June Kalp; and her foster brother Melvin Lasure.

She is survived by: her sister Karen Walker (Donald) of Rockwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Hosptial 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
