It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Elgar (Rockton, Pennsylvania), born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Dorothy Pruzek Elgar and Herbert E. Elgar of Ohio; and his brother Bert S. Elgar (Judy) of Ohio.
