She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs (Horn); her husband Robert Bailey of Rockton; and her siblings, James (Jake), George (Bud), Arthur, Sarah and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Janell Hand Allen (Warren) of Parrish, Denise Woods (Lyle) of DuBois, Tammy Johnson of DuBois and Brian Bailey (Virginia) of Topeka. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gelnett Memorial Church (5990 Home Camp Rd, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
