He was predeceased by: his parent Clifford Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Miriam Bailey (Swatsworth); his children, Stacy, Janell Allen (Warren) of Parrish, Denise Woods (Lyle) of DuBois, Tammy Johnson of Lake Worth and Brian Bailey (Virginia) of Topeka; and his siblings, Tom Bailey (Martha) of Norton, Pastor Sherman Bailey (Pam) of Akron, Nancy Conrad (Blaine) of Alton, Dixie Horn of Rockton and Pat Marley (Bob) of Rockton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
