He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude A. Walters and Kathryn Walters (Bucksbee); his siblings, Claude Walters and Donna Young; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Walters.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie Walters (Nelson); his pet Mya; his sons, Randy Walters (Amy), Kip Walters (Donna) and Lance Walters (Rick); and his sister Esther Morris (Matt). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
