He is survived by: his children, Mackenzie (Ali) of Muncy, PA, Charlee (Dustan Frantz) of Punxsutawney, PA, Rion and Kadyn Carlson of DuBois, PA.; his grandchildren, Kacey and Lukas; and his siblings, Shane Carlson and Melissa Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
