He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dice and Ida Dice (Knepper); his wife Rebecca A. Dice (Yaple); and his brother Paul Dice. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur V. Dice III (Karen), Rock Glen and Steven Dice (Dina); his grandsons, Steven Dice Jr., Mark Macneal and Tyler Dice; and his sister Joyce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
