He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Withers and Alma Brembauch Withers; and his siblings, Betty Withers, Shirley Klann (Jack), Jane Finche (Norman) and Bob Withers (Doris).
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ann Altenbaugh Withers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
