We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2023, at the age of 78, Terry M. Tokar (Rochester, Pennsylvania), born in New Brighton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Tokar and Theresa Castelli Tokar. He is survived by: his son Thad M.; his daughter-in-law Gena Tokar; his grandchildren, Austin and Riley Tokar; his former wife Phyllis J. Tokar; and his sister Tanya Smakosz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
