He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew D. Knotts and Sofie Lewchenko Knotts; his sister Mary Barbara Knotts; and his close friend Tater. He is survived by: his wife Joan C. "Bonzo" Knotts; his daughters, Kailey E. Knotts of Freedom and Jessica S. [Steve Valent] of Tennessee; his granddaughter Isla E. "Bean" Keane of Freedom; his brother William A. "Bill"; his sister-in-law Suzi Knotts; his sister Carol D. Knotts of Canfield, Ohio.; his close friends, Pepsi and Spud; and his niece Rachel A. Warga-Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
