He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald B. Cuspard and Ruth Nadine Anderson; his former wife Nellie Jackson Cuspard; his wife Mary M. Cuspard; his son Daniel Maurice Cuspard; and his siblings, Lani-Ray, Duane and Michelle Anderson Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald "Buddy" Cuspard Jr. (Holly) of Chippewa, Judithe Cuspard of Ambridge and Tracey Cuspard of Austin, TX; his brother Michael Anderson (Denise) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Kyle McDaniels, Telia, Christian and Benton Cuspard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
