He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Dagen, Sr. and Viola "Tootie" Brewer Dagen; his wife Erma J. Allison Dagen; his daughter Diana Gerard; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Magnuson and Marlene Dagen.
He is survived by: his daughter Peggy A.; his son-in-law Sean Keaton; his grandchildren, Amani Keaton (Carson Boler) of Rochester, Makena of Rochester, London of Rochester and Braylon Keaton of Rochester; his great grandchild Mila Boler; his siblings, William F. Dagen and Doris Magnuson; and his sister-in-law Lois Kampi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
