He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Bonnie Jernigan; his wife LouAnn L. Bryner (Campbell); his children, Leigh Ann Walton (Gregory Walton) and Tera Lynn Morris (Charles Morris); his grandchildren, Colin, Caroline Walton, Haden, Heidi and Henry Morris; his siblings, Jamie Fosnaught, William Bryner (Wendy), Cathy Benton (Jim), Cory Brooks and Troy Brooks; his mother-in-law S. Carol Dietz; and his siblings-in-law, James Campbell (Suzie), Diana L. Campbell and William Campbell. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
