He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Plaskey Baylis; his children, Lori Rae Boord (Larry), Jason, Dawn Baylis and Chad Baylis; his grandchildren, Zachary Hietala, Erin Brewer (Kevin Zook), Taylor Kirk (Tyler), Carson Brewer and Kailey Baylis; his great grandchild Lillian Householder; his sisters, Nancy Vorderbrueggen and Karen Gacesa; and his close friends, Bonnie Simoni, Barbara Rosensteel, Sandy and Jim Fredericks.
