He is survived by: his wife Kristina Michaluk (Rakas); his children, Jack Michaluk and Heather Michaluk; his son-in-law Michael O'Bryan of San Francisco, CA; his granddaughter Gabbriella Jones; his nieces, Nancy Rossi (Tony Colangelo), Patricia McDermott (Patrick), Marlene and Lillian Jackson; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Rakas (Bret Jackson) and Pricilla "Perk" Michaluk; and his friends, Judy and Les Kotouch of Baden.
