He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Crisci and Mary Bordy Crisci; his wife Sarah "Sally" Potensky Crisci; his grandchildren, Michael G. Crisci, Jr. and Deanna Crisci; and his sister Caroline Crisci.
He is survived by: his daughter Joyce A.; his son-in-law Cederic Freeman; his sons, David J. Sr. (Mary D. Crisci) and Michael G. Crisci; his grandchildren, Kelly (Eric Willy), Lisa (Kevyn Bridgeman), Carla Crisci, Melinda Crisci and David J. (Kristy Crisci); his great grandchildren, Caylin, Jenna, Michael, Carmine, Roman and Enzio; and his siblings, Florence Lizzi (James), Ronald (Kelly Crisci) and Leonard Crisci. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
