She was predeceased by: her father Frank Bell; her husband Wilber Balmer; and her son-in-law James Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Richard DeSalle (Nicola), Kathleen Wilson and Carol Copeland; her stepsons, Raymond and William Balmer (Nancy); her grandchildren, Tammie, Eric, Sherry, Carla, Stephanie, Bryce and Ryan; and her stepdaughter Patty Balmer Garza. She is also survived by many greatgrandchildren.
