She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Walker and Lois "Becky" Moore Walker; her son Mark E. Grant; and her son-in-law David Kemp. She is survived by: her husband Victor W. "Bill" Smith, Jr.; her children, Tammie S. Kemp, Trisha J. (Mark Lawless), Darren P. (Tammy Smith), Jeffrey F. Grant and Matthew; her grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Kelsey, Audrey, Jill, Megan, Elaina, Jonathan, Jenna, Kenny, Ashley, Alex, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Jordan and Harrison; her sister Susan Philipp; and her pet Minnie. She is also survived by 16 great –grandchildren.
