She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Michael and Thelma Manchester Measel; her husband Charles D. Poliak; her son Bryan Poliak; her grandson Nikkolas Poliak; and her brother Dennis Measel.

She is survived by: her children, John M. Poliak and Cheri; her son-in-law Brian Bionda; her grandchildren, Brandon Bionda (Samantha Fabiszewski), Brittany Lentz (Justin), Camryn Poliak, Crescent Twp, Taylor Poliak, Josh Steder and Jeremy Steder; and also Amber Torreance. She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
