She is survived by: her children, Patricia Petrella (Ron), Catheryne Brown (Richard), Michael Baxa Sr. (Joan Marie), Caroline Purvis (Kenneth) and Edward Baxa; her grandchildren, Jessica Petrella, Kayla Miller, Stefanie Coburn, Matthew, Eric Brown, Michelle, Michael Baxa Jr., Cody, Ryan Purvis, Chase and Kurt Baxa; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Cameron Brown, Lillie Coburn and Brooklynn Purvis; and her siblings, William Martin, Arlene Johns and Shirley Radish. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
