She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J Namett and Florence Namett (Kocienda); and her brothers, Joseph and Henry Namett. She is survived by: her husband Jack Hazenstab; her children, John Hazenstab (Doreen Anthony), Mary Richards (Karl Wright) and Shirley Tuite (Brian); her granddaughters, Annie Hazenstab, Crystal Tuite (Evan) and Rachel Tuite (Art); her great grandchildren, Logan and Dominic Hazenstab; and her sisters-in-law, Nadine Namett and Darl Allman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
