He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McRoy and Rachel Gustava Bailey; and his wife Linda L. Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Carrie L. Maylone (Ray) and Dayne N. Bailey (Christy); and his grandchildren, Raymond L. "Tre", Shaye R., Bailey R. and Kaden N.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's Burry's Church (1835 PA-68, Rochester, PA 15074). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
