She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKahan and Emma McKahan (Kimmey); her husband Forest C. Ratliff; and her sons, Coleman Ratliff and John Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Gentry, Shirley Simmons and Marsha Taormina (Stanley); and her daughters-in-law, Loretta Ratliff and Viola Ratliff. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
