It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Andrews (Rochester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scherer and Judith Scherer; her husband Charlie Andrews; her son William; her siblings, Rev. Joseph Scherer, Robert Scherer and Jean McClay; and her son-in-law Bruce Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Andrews (Shirley), Susan Mancini (Mike) and Sandy Tomlinson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
