It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey J. Carpenter of Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carpenter and Florence Carpenter; and his siblings, Sherry Quinn (Ron Wall), Kenneth (Robin Carpenter), Susan (Robert Gordon) and Karen (William O'Neal).
He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his sibling Billie Lee Starr (Wynn Starr); his stepsiblings, Robert Carpenter and Joyce Carpenter; his sister-in-law Brenda; his niece Lauren (Zach Mley); his nephew Ryan Carpenter; and his friend Jeff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
