He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Martin Mannion; his sons, Michael J. Mannion, Richard A. Mannion and Jeffrey S. Mannion; his grandchildren, Tyler Mannion (Abby) of Pittsburgh, Connor J. and Alessia G. Mannion; his brothers, Daniel (Carol Mannion) and Conway; his nieces, Judith Boyle and Susan L. Mannion of Port St; and his nephew Thomas Mannion.
