He was predeceased by: his father Robert G. Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Mildred B. Kern Bailey; his wife Jodi M. Azzarello Bailey; his daughter Hayden M. Bailey; his stepdaughter Kyli E. Hermick (Chayme Chunchick); his brother Robert J. Bailey; his siblings-in-law, Jason of New Sewickley Twp, Amy Azzarello of New Sewickley Twp and Amy Nicely of New Sewickley Twp; his nieces, Ella Nicely and Ryan Nicely; his nephew Dean Azzarello; his parents-in-law, Margie and Bud Howe; and his close friends, John Nicely, Dennis Vaughn and Patterson Hgts. He is also survived by numerous other friends and family.
