He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Howe and Margaret Ganley Howe; his daughter Judy Ann Howe; his brother Jack Howe; and also Lucy.
He is survived by: his son Michael R.; his daughter-in-law Kim Howe of Poland, OH; his daughters, Vicki Lynn (Thomas Kaye) and Julie Ann (Adam Moore); his grandchildren, Carly Wiley, Chelsea Howe, William Gwinn and Michael Gwinn; his great grandchildren, Tylor, Nadia Wiley and Tyla Stewart; and his former wife Judith A. Deibel of Bonita Springs, FL..
