He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fink and Marie Fink; and his wife Jean C. Fink (Campbell). He is survived by: his sons, A. Scott Fink and H. Mark Fink (Elsa Figueroa); his granddaughter Stephanie Fink; his brothers, Gene (Karen Fink) and Don (Edna Fink); and his close friend Barbara Powers.

Due to the COVID19 concerns, there will be no visitation.
