It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gertrude Zavolta of Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 88, on December 21, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franz Kutil and Maria Dorr; her stepfather Franz Dorr; and her husband Pasquale A. "Sonny" Zavolta. She is survived by: her children, Paul C. Zavolta, Sylvia Zavolta and Maria (Dennis McDonald); her grandson Mark A. McDonald of Rochester Twp; her cousins, Franz Kostolich, Andall, Robert Kostolich, Parndorf and Austria; and her pet Sonny.
